Travis Robinson (he/him/his) is an accomplished entrepreneur and belonging advocate. With executive roles at Airtable, Spotify, and Universal Music Group, he has championed cultural and brand impact initiatives internal and external to leading global brands to foster deeper and greater inclusion & belonging. Travis is also involved in advising and consulting for growth organizations, and also the founder of Zeal Culture to expand relationship capital and generational wealth in diversified business ventures for multicultural communities. In addition to his extensive corporate experience, he is equipped with multiple certifications, recognitions and advanced degrees. He resides in Southern California with his partner.
